By joining the Self-Leadership Academy, you agree to the terms below.
These terms apply to your purchase of and participation in the Self-Leadership Academy, provided by Influenceo Global LLC.
1. What You’re Purchasing
The Self-Leadership Academy is an educational and professional development program. Depending on the offer you purchase, it may include live sessions, replays, video lessons, assessments, workbooks, bonuses, community access and other learning resources.
The exact inclusions, access period and bonuses are the ones stated on the checkout or enrollment page at the time you purchase.
We may update, improve or adjust the program experience from time to time, provided the overall value and purpose of the program remain consistent with what you purchased.
2. Payments
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout at the time of purchase.
Prices, promotions and bonuses may change at any time. A past or future promotion does not entitle you to a refund or price adjustment.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring your payment is completed successfully.
3. 30-Day Action-Based Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to have enough time to experience the Academy properly.
If you join, complete the required first steps, engage with the program, and decide it is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible, you must:
- complete the initial Academy assessments or onboarding steps;
- complete the designated early program content;
- attend at least one live session or watch a replay;
- apply at least one Academy exercise, tool or strategy; and
- email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase explaining what you completed, what you tried and why the Academy was not right for you.
This guarantee is for participants who genuinely engage with the program. It is not intended to provide temporary access to the materials without meaningful participation.
Approved refunds will be processed back through an available payment method, excluding payment processing fees.
4. Access
Your access period, including any course, bonus, replay, live or community access, will be as described on the checkout or enrollment page at the time of purchase.
If your offer includes lifetime access to certain on-demand materials, this means access for the lifetime of those materials as maintained by Influenceo Global LLC, subject to reasonable technology, platform and business changes.
Lifetime access does not include indefinite access to live sessions, community features, future programs or any service not expressly included in your offer.
5. Live Sessions and Recordings
Some Academy sessions may be recorded and made available inside the private program environment.
By attending a recorded session, you consent to your name, voice, image, questions, comments or chat contributions being included in that internal recording.
You may keep your camera off if you prefer more privacy.
Please do not share confidential, sensitive or identifying information about employers, clients, colleagues or other third parties during live sessions or in the community.
If you have a concern about something you shared in a recording, email [email protected]. We will reasonably review the request and consider what action is appropriate and practical.
Academy Q&A recordings are not used as public promotional content simply because you participated in a session.
6. Educational Disclaimer
The Academy is for education and professional development.
It does not provide therapy, counseling, medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, tax advice or individual employment advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions and results. If you need professional support in any of those areas, please consult an appropriately qualified professional.
7. Results Disclaimer
We provide tools, frameworks, education and support. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Your results may vary based on your circumstances, effort, implementation, experience, opportunities and other factors outside our control.
Testimonials and examples are individual experiences, not promises that you will achieve the same result.
8. Intellectual Property
All Academy content is owned by or licensed to Influenceo Global LLC.
This includes videos, recordings, workbooks, slides, frameworks, assessments, tools, templates, transcripts, bonuses and other program materials.
Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own learning and development.
You may not copy, share, sell, reproduce, distribute, teach, upload, publish or commercially exploit Academy materials without written permission.
You may not share your login details or give another person access to the program.
You may not upload Academy materials, recordings, transcripts, frameworks or other members’ private content into public or third-party AI tools without permission.
9. Community Conduct
If your purchase includes access to a community, you agree to follow the Community Guidelines.
We want the community to be supportive, respectful and useful. Networking is encouraged, but unsolicited pitching, mass messaging, scraping member information, harassment, confidentiality breaches and misuse of the community are not allowed.
We may remove posts, issue warnings, restrict access or remove a participant from the community if they breach the Community Guidelines or disrupt the program environment.
Where appropriate, participants removed from the community for conduct reasons may still retain access to eligible on-demand course materials included in their purchase.
10. Confidentiality and Participant Responsibility
You are responsible for what you share inside the Academy.
Do not share trade secrets, confidential workplace information, private client information, sensitive personal information about others, or anything you are not authorized to disclose.
You also agree not to share another participant’s posts, questions, stories, assessment results or private contributions outside the Academy without permission.
11. Testimonials and Feedback
We may ask participants for feedback about the Academy.
We will not use your name, image, voice, identifiable story or testimonial in public marketing materials without appropriate permission.
We may use aggregated or de-identified feedback, results or insights to improve the Academy, develop tools, understand participant progress and communicate program-level findings, provided individuals are not reasonably identifiable.
12. Technology and Third-Party Platforms
The Academy may be delivered through third-party platforms and tools. These may change over time.
We aim to provide reliable access, but we cannot guarantee that every platform, feature or technology will always operate without interruption.
If we need to change platforms or delivery methods, we will make reasonable efforts to preserve access to the relevant program materials.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Influenceo Global LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses connected with your participation in the Academy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to your Academy purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the program.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
14. Privacy
We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
This may include information you provide during enrollment, assessments, community participation, live sessions, surveys and program communications.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time.
The version that applies to your purchase is the version in place at the time you enroll, unless a change is required by law or is made to clarify, improve or protect the program experience.
16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your location.
