understand how participants engage with and progress through the Academy;

4. Community and Live Sessions

If you participate in the Academy community, other members may be able to see information you choose to share, including your profile information, posts, comments and replies.

Please use judgment when deciding what to share.

We may access or review community content where reasonably necessary to provide support, moderate the community, investigate reported concerns, enforce the Community Guidelines, protect participants or comply with legal obligations.

Some Academy sessions may be recorded and made available within the private Academy environment.

If you participate in a recorded session, the recording may include your display name, voice, image, questions, comments or chat contributions. You may keep your camera off if you prefer greater privacy.

Please consider carefully what you choose to share during a recorded session and avoid disclosing confidential or sensitive information about employers, clients, colleagues or other third parties.

If you have a genuine privacy concern about something you shared in a recording, contact [email protected]. We will reasonably review the circumstances and consider appropriate and practical options.

Participation in a recorded Academy session does not, by itself, give us permission to use your contribution in public advertising or promotional content.

5. Testimonials, Feedback and Participant Stories

We may invite you to provide feedback about your experience in the Academy.

We will not use your name, photograph, image, voice, identifiable personal story or testimonial in public marketing materials without appropriate permission.

We may use aggregated or de-identified feedback and insights where individuals are not reasonably identifiable.

If you expressly agree to provide a written or recorded testimonial for public use, the permission given at that time will apply.

Unsubscribing from promotional emails does not prevent us from sending essential communications relating to your active Academy participation or account.
