When participating in the Self-Leadership Academy, you are expected to follow these Community Guidelines at all times.
Our goal is to create a community where people can ask honest questions, share experiences, build meaningful relationships and support one another’s growth. These guidelines help us protect that environment.
Treat other members with kindness and respect.
Different perspectives and thoughtful disagreement are welcome. Personal attacks, offensive language, intimidation or deliberately hostile behavior are not.
When offering feedback or advice, be constructive and considerate. Challenge the idea without attacking the person.
Bullying, harassment, threats, hate speech, discrimination and other abusive behavior will not be tolerated.
We want the Academy to be a welcoming environment where members from different backgrounds, industries, cultures and experiences can participate meaningfully.
Serious breaches may result in immediate restriction or removal from the community.
Members may share personal experiences, career challenges and difficult workplace situations. Treat that trust seriously.
Do not screenshot, copy, record or share another member’s posts, questions, stories, assessment results, private messages or contributions outside the Academy without their permission.
When discussing employers, clients, colleagues or other third parties, remove names and identifying details wherever possible.
Do not share confidential company information, trade secrets, private client information, information protected by a confidentiality obligation, or personal information about another person that you are not authorized to disclose.
Your story is yours to share. Someone else’s story is not.
We encourage genuine networking, relationship-building, accountability partnerships and collaboration between members.
However, the Academy community must not be used as a prospecting database.
Please do not:
If two members mutually choose to explore a business relationship, collaboration or opportunity together, they are free to do so independently and off-platform.
Influenceo Global LLC does not vet, endorse, supervise or guarantee business arrangements between members. Please use your own judgment and conduct appropriate due diligence.
Keep posts, comments and messages relevant and useful.
Irrelevant, repetitive, excessive or automated messages may be removed. If a member repeatedly posts or sends spam, their posting, messaging or community access may be restricted.
Your Academy access is for you.
You may not copy, record, reproduce, resell, distribute or publicly share Academy videos, live sessions, replays, workbooks, assessments, frameworks, transcripts or other protected materials.
Do not share your login details or allow another person to access or observe Academy content through your account.
Please do not independently record live Academy sessions.
Do not upload or paste Academy materials or another member’s private information into public or third-party AI tools.
This includes:
You are welcome to use AI tools with your own original information and ideas. The principle is simple: access to someone else’s information or intellectual property does not give you permission to upload, analyze or repurpose it.
Some Academy sessions are recorded and made available within the private Academy environment.
You may keep your camera off if you prefer greater privacy.
Before sharing a question or story, consider whether you are comfortable with it appearing in a private Academy replay. Please anonymize names and avoid sharing confidential workplace information, private information about other people or anything you are not authorized to disclose.
The Academy is an educational and professional development program. It is not therapy, medical care, legal advice or financial advice. Members are welcome to share personal experiences, but please do not diagnose others or present personal opinions as professional advice.
We encourage members to ask questions, share wins, seek support and explore topics connected to self-leadership, confidence, communication, professional growth, relationships, goals and personal development.
Related conversations are welcome. However, we may redirect or close discussions that are persistently off-topic, disruptive or detract from the purpose of the community.
If you see content or behavior that may breach these Guidelines, please report it to the community moderators or contact us at [email protected].
Depending on the circumstances, we may remove content, issue a warning, restrict certain community features, suspend access or remove a participant from the community.
Our aim is always to protect a constructive and supportive environment. However, serious breaches involving harassment, threats, serious confidentiality violations, fraud, scraping of member information or deliberate misuse of Academy content may result in immediate action.
Thank you for helping us build a community where ambitious people can learn, grow, connect and support one another with integrity.
